The Needham Exchange Club will once again be sponsoring the annual 4th of July celebrations for the Town of Needham. This event has become an important Needham tradition providing more than 70 years of memories for Needham families.

Festivities will begin at 5:30 P.M. on Wednesday July 3rd, with food and entertainment followed by the fireworks display at dark.  The Celebration continues on Thursday July 4th beginning at 8:30 A.M. with the Charles River YMCA Road Race. Registration information will be posted once it is avaiablble.

At 9:00 A.M. there will be a raising of our nation’s flag in the Town followed by the Grand Parade with a craft fair and flea market, athletic events, food and entertainment after the parade at Memorial Park.

The Needham Exchange 4th of July Celebration is solely funded by community contributions.  A special thank you to our sponsors and community contributions, without whom this celebration would not be possible.

2019 Parade Theme: Celebrating 100 Years of Women's Right to Vote

The Needham Exchange Club has chosen to honor the 100th Anniversary of the Ratification of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which established the right of women to vote in all elections by making that the theme of this year’s 4th of July celebrations.
